“We had an outstanding debt for a project that was carried out for an IT company based in Slough.
It wasn’t until the point of invoicing that we were asked to address the invoice to a company in Israel which was duly submitted.
A further 3 years on and many phone calls from our credit controller and copy invoices, etc we were obviously being given the run around and we were facing a debt to be written off.
At this time I knew Piers personally, unaware of his business of debt recovery.
We formally met with Piers and put together a strategic plan to visit the client’s Headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel. Piers’ experience and strategy involved the engagement of an in-country solicitor who operated under local legal legislation whilst also being governed by The Law Society in the UK.
This allowed our contract in the UK to be integrated into local Israeli legal legislation which enabled us to claim our debt and be paid in full.
Piers was very clear on his strategy including the anticipated outcome which meant on completion of his works we were able to remunerate timely with the agreed fee.
